Payment Terms

We require a 50% deposit of the total project cost before any work begins. The remaining balance will be due upon project completion, before delivery of final materials or services. Payments are accepted exclusively via PayPal. Late payments may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the work will be transferred to the client. Until the final payment is made, Revenue Rise Route SEO Agency retains ownership of all work produced, including but not limited to designs, content, and code.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing necessary content, information, and feedback in a timely manner to ensure the completion of the project. Delays caused by lack of client cooperation may extend the project timeline.

Confidentiality

Revenue Rise Route SEO Agency agrees to keep all information provided by the client confidential, and will not share it with any third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Revenue Rise Route SEO Agency is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising from the use or inability to use the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for paying for work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of the state in which Revenue Rise Route SEO Agency is registered. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
